
I am the MD of a environmental consultancy company called Grass NZ, and we are setting a challenge for all of the cafes in the Wellington City area. The challenge is that cafes compete on how much of one days takings they will contribute to reducing energy and waste in their business. Based on this, we choose a winner and market this business to consumers. We drive business to them and then work with them to invest the money into improving their business. We want to add this to the 350 Aotearoa Challenge.
