Founded over a decade ago, Simulation Tech, Inc. (STI) has pioneered the research and development of shipboard equipment, ranging from one of the first VDRs on the market to highly sophisticated and specialized ship operations simulators. Recently, STI's core competency has expanded to include research and development in the field of controlling marine air pollution through the reduction of engine emissions.

STI developed the Marine Emissions Control System to provide ship owners the ability to fully comply with upcoming IMO and other emissions control regulations at a self-financed, zero net, long-term cost.
