OK - my eco-sin is that I have to fly a lot.....one of the things I've been doing over the last few weeks is test out the airport-city bus services that are offered. So far I've done Christchurch and Wellington....Auckland will be on the next trip up....
Christchurch: Great - hardly used - I think the most people that have been on over the last few weeks probably numbers about 12........also a bit of a hike to get to from domestic as you have to walk straight through to internatuional and beyond....also the bus stop is in the middle of a carpark with now cover......
Wellington: FANTASTIC service. It is often really busy - packed even. More than that it has regular updated information on the next bus stop, bus route, next flight arrivals and departures and FREE wireless......AND the buses leave around every 15minutes in either direction which is actually more regular than the bus service between Aucklands domestic and international terminals.....
