What happens when today’s electronic devices become tomorrow’s junk? Recycle electronic waste is big business in India, with half a billion tones of e-waste generated in the country per year. But, while recycle has its benefits, it’s posing a massive threat to not just the environment, but also people’s health. And because the industry is the bread and butter for so many workers, the issue becomes a whole lot more complex.
