30 storeys in 15 days . Earthquake resistant and energy efficient - the video shows the time lapse construction of a hotel in Hunan Province in China. And it's designed to take earthquakes and for energy conservation.

                         No wonder then that when a Chinese delegation came through Christchurch in November and looked at the city they said " But it's so small- why isn't it finished rebuilding yet ?" and then went on to tell about the Sichuan earthquake of 2008, and how everything had been rebuilt for some time.
