These little nuts are amazing, I don't use them for heavy soiled items but they are fantastic to pop in your wash for any lightly soiled items. Pop a couple in your food processor or blender with some water and watch the froth spin around and get soapy! Have yet to try them in my hair though!

For your heavy soiled items, you could pre-soak them in Oxygen Bleach - 100% sodium percarbonate and then wash with SoapNuts. Or do a warm/hot wash and use SoapNuts.
