Make your own oatmilk, 21°

Make your own oatmilk if you don't like or are allergic to cow milk. Cow milk is not good for grown-ups anyway, so you really should...
We got sick of buying all those soymilk tetrapaks from Australia and did a bit of research. We now make our own oatmilk for coffee.
All you need is rolled oats, you soak 1/3 of them in 2/3 warm water overnight and then filter the whole thing through a cloth.
If you like the milk to be thicker, you can boil them for some minutes before you let it thicken overnight.
You can eat the leftover oat for breakfast or (if you don't like the porridge type too much), give it to your chooks.
