I've assessed how much it would cost me to do this, and it's not quite economically viable yet. Give petrol prices another month or two and it will be. At that point I will switch. Currently carpooling.

I use public transport every time i visit Wellington and Auckland
Its so easy, goes from door to door every 15mins, plus it beats the shuttle hands down. get to chat with other public transport champions. Love it. Go on give it a go!
