you can cook meals faster and use less power. Also you can save money buy buying cheaper cuts of meat as they all end up very tender.

Many of the same advantages can be achieved with a haybox.

It takes 1/4 to 1/3 the time to cook something in a pressure cooker. I cook chicken, chops and diced meat from frozen - the pressure cooker tenderises them. I do batches of beans and chickpeas and freeze the extra - these cook really well in a pressure cooker.
